Thanks! It'd be totally awesome to be in HM; it was such a beacon of something else than the world I knew when I was a kid.

I actually did put it on shirts years ago, but it was just nasty Cafepress stuff. Maybe I should try again now that there's a zillion t-shirt "contest" sites that can do stuff on dark grounds.

Whoa! I love her expressive hands, and how it's all almost as simple as a silhouette.

Yeah, the contrast is supposed to glow. Originally it was even more shocking; I toned it down because it distracted from the figure too much.

The hands are wonderfully expressive, and the shadow on the ground really pulls it all together. Nice!

I love the way the shackles are one with the background color. That's the kind of sleek economy of line that I love so much about your artwork.

The fewer colors, the better, in my little world. Never say in detail what I can imply just as easily...

With spirals!

(the t-shirt ... how about colouring things so that it's not a solid coloured square, but... a more transparant image which blends into things. Does that make sense...? Like, if it were a green t-shirt and all the green bits where simply green cotton without print on it)

That's exactly how I envision it on a shirt! I'd like to make some screens and hand-print it on green shirts; we'll see if I actually do so.

The cafepressheads don't like simply using alpha channels...? D:

Their printing process isn't opaque. So white shirts are really the only option they have for a color design. It's like an iron-on.

I am not going to touch the "choking hazard" line. Maybe I'm just a dirty old thing.
