1. Tell us a little about yourself, where you come from, your education background and what excites you artistically. Where do you get your ideas and what kind of software are you comfortable using?
I was born in New Orleans somewhere in the seventies. Gave up on a computer science degree, drifted to a commercial art degree, then out to LA for animation school around '95. And then learnt a lot more about drawing when I actually managed to start working - far too many of the fundamentals I hold dear didn't really start to gel in my head until after I was working too hard for too little money.
Other trivia about me: I'm very nearsighted, my hair is currently pink with some pink-and-purple foam rubber falls in it, and people often feel unsure as to my ge
Me: Splatoon: the most colorful post-apocalypse ever. These arenas are all that remains of the world after the Incident. Squid kids: memories of the people from before coalescing out of the Paint. But all are co-opted into its games, lest they escape."
Born in New Orleans, moved to Los Angeles in the nineties and did web cartoons. Burnt out on the animation biz after having a ringside seat on the disastrous relaunch of a property she loved growing up. Moved back home and lost everything in Katrina. Currently living in Seattle and dabbling in burlesque dance while continuing to draw stuff.|
